We did not get the table that we requested, even though our reservation was confirmed by the restaurant. They we’re understaffed for the evening our server Kelsey was awesome.

The manager Tim and his team did a fantastic job creating unique flavors in the dishes that paired and accentuated perfectly with the wine. The ladies representing the wine were engaging, informative and made the experience so pleasant.

Our table was waiting for us when we arrived. The waitress was very attentive and the food was great. We stayed a bit longer talking than usual but we were not rushed to leave at all.

Our evening at The Clubhouse at McCormick Woods was very enjoyable. We reserved a table by the fireplace and window. We were seated immediately and given menus. Our reservation was at 4:30, but our server told us that the dinner specials didn't start until 5:00. My husband ordered the soup of the day, and the rest of our party visited while we waited for 5:00. I ordered the risotto with vegetables and it was tender and seasoned perfectly. My husband ordered the scallops with ravioli. He also said that the scallops and large raviolis were perfectly seasoned and tender. He wishes that there were more scallops. The other couple in our party ordered prime rib, and they were amazed how large the "small" portion was. We never felt pressure to hurry and eat our dinners to make room for other diners. The dining room and lounge were nearly full, and the noise level was sometimes quite high, but we were still able to visit. Our server and the manager checked on us frequently. We look forward to dining here again.

This is the 3rd time we have dined here in the past 6 weeks and only once has the food been good. Last night, was terrible. Cobb salad had chicken that was dry and tasted ‘off’- couldn’t eat it and avacado was brown. Burger buns were dry and French fries were cold and limp. Bill for 4 of us was over $120 without tip. We love having a neighborhood restaurant but something has to change if they want people to come back. Menu needs updating too!

The guitarist musician was very loud and shrill. It was impossible to carry on a conversation in a regular voice. Possibly an acoustic guitar and turning down the volume would improve the ambience.

Very attentive and customer service was great. An enjoyable evening. Food was nice and hot. Only complaint would be that we ordered the Buffalo wings as appetizers and the wings and vegetables were swimming in the Buffalo sauce. But all and all, experience was great.
