   First time trying “Ballantyne’s first steakhouse”. Overall it was a positive experience, server seemed sort of new but I think he was just busy, he was very nice though throughout the night. We ordered an appetizer which was really good, although the amount of food for the price seemed a little off, but I guess that’s just personal opinion. Next we ordered the she crab soup which was actually amazing and had a lot of flavor, the presentation was cool as well. For the steaks, we both ordered the same exact thing, same temperature, same cut… but did not receive the same thing. Mine was noticeably undercooked, which was actually fine because I don’t mind eating rare-medium rare meat so I didn’t say anything. Also, not something to complain about but my steak was definitely bigger than what was advertised on the menu. Again not complaining but hopefully the restaurant figures out how to consistently cut the steaks or else they’re going to lose money. We ordered a few cocktails and those were great. Seems like they have a few things to still figure out but we’ll definitely be back.

   Good time last night. Dashawn great service. Steak and chicken were very good. Has good bread and dipping sauce. Sides could be a little more flavorful but overall good and glad they have brought a steakhouse to Ballantyne! Something we have been missing on the Ballantyne resturant scene.

   Me and my girlfriend went in for dinner and the service was fantastic the atmosphere was really nice. The service was absolutely amazing and the food was amazing everything was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it for others to go and experience this great restaurant and the great food and the whole experience in a whole.

   My first visit was Friday night and the food was delicious. The staff was so nice fave amazing recommendations for food and drinks and we met the manager who was also super kind. We ended up coming back on Saturday afternoon for a light lunch and met the GM, Kim and even a waiter we’ve had from a restaurant we used to frequent. Service was great and again the staff was so nice. So we decided to come back Saturday night for dessert received a warm reception and again everyone was so lovely. The cheesecake was superb. Cannot wait to come back. Highly recommend the bang bang shrimp and the smoked duck. An amazing location!

   Very good, the filet was cooked perfectly The Brie was my favorite Very friendly staff . And the smoked old fashion Was a good pour and delicious We will be back . Prices were lower than the other steak houses .

    I commend the owners on the recently changed theme, a job well done… Sort of. I wouldn’t actually call it a steakhouse, I would refer to it as a restaurant with a diverse menu that has a few steaks on it.  Understandably, the owners were not doing well with its former theme and are trying to attract a higher check average with an upscale atmosphere. The restaurant has not changed its decor since it was called Fiori. The service is fine, personable, though somewhat inexperienced with attracting the type of customers that they would prefer to have. Considering they just recently made the switch to a steakhouse.. that’s understandable. We ordered two appetizers, carpaccio of salmon, and the carpaccio of beef tenderloin. Both were very good And I would say that the carpaccio salmon was very very good. They both are served with some mixed greens and the usual items Portion size was good and not too expensive. We opted to go directly to the steaks and chose the ribeye and the filet They were both seasoned well ..tasty, however, not the quality that you will find in an authentic Steak house . However, you also are not paying nearly as high price as you are in a steakhouse such as Capital Grille, Ruth Chris etc. The quality steaks as I mentioned are good, however, you can make the same steaks at home if you choose to. The ribeye had more fat than necessary and was served with less peppercorn sauce than usually seen. The temperature was exactly as ordered, which is a very good thing. The steak itself is thinner than most other higher and Restaurants, would serve. The filet mignon was also cooked, perfectly, medium, rare, and tasted good. We decided to order the risotto of the evening, which turned out to be mushroom risotto with shaved Parmesan. That was really the highlight of everything that we tasted. The risotto was cooked perfectly seasoned well and a real winner. Skip, the desserts
