Arrived on time for a 5:30 reservation. Host did not say hi or introduce herself. Only said, “How many and follow me”. This was after I mentioned we had a reservation. She walked us towards our table then stop, pointed from a distance and said here is the table. We seat for 25 minutes and no one from the restaurant came to our table. Right to us on our right was a couple. Their server visited twice. To our left, two tables down were three people. Their server visited them three times. There wasn’t everyone else in the dining section. We got up and left. Even then no one noticed. When we told the host she had a surprise face but no apology. Considering we traveled from south east Raleigh, definitely will never try this place again.

a very nice meal... this must have been an busy night there as the service wasn't the sharpest. Not the scene for an intimate dining experience as the volume exceeded 'conversation' level.

Dined on a Fri evening. Wings were good, spring rolls were average, Pho ga was tasty. Server was inattentive, grumpy, and really seemed disinterested in waiting on us. Very small crowd for a Fri night. Service could be the reason.

This restaurant must be having a personnel problem. I made a reservation and when we arrived, there were probably 10-15 open tables, with many of them still having dishes and not being cleaned from previous customers. The lobby was crowded with probably 4 or 5 parties also waiting on a table. We were told that it would be 15 to 20 minutes after our reservation to get seated. That wouldn't have been a problem, but the vibe was sad. It did not feel like a place that I wanted to spend $200. I walked across the street and got a table at STIR. The restaurant was lively and well staffed. We enjoyed our night. BTW, no one from CO ever called or texted me to let me know our table was ready. I hope they get it fixed, their food is really good and I'd like to come back. Mike Bierman

I think they were overwhelmed with the number of people. We were seated but no one came to provide water or ask for our drink order for about 15 min. Our waiter was busy with a huge table, I think. It took about 1 hour for appetizers to show up. The entire 2 hours we were there, we could hear yelling in the kitchen. It was very strange. We’ll try it again when it’s not as busy

Had a 6pm reservation, food didn’t come out until 7:30 and a manager never presented himself to explain the obvious delay. When the food did come out half of the order was missing and we were still charged full price.

Always our favorite spot in north hills. We come from fuquay it’s so good. Highlights include crispy tuna rice, crab Rangoon, pork banh mi, and the wings. Always good seating and great drinks.
