Where the water meets the sky, Coastal Fish Company sits on the edge of Hyde Lake in Shelby Farms Park creating a picturesque location for diners to enjoy.

Coastal Fish Company offers a unique fine-dining experience by having the freshest and best sourced seafood prepared in traditional styles and new twists. Want your favorite raw oysters ? Why not try them with one of our many savory sorbets. Care for a key lime pie to end your night on a sweet note? How about opting for the chocolate covered key lime pie to satisfy that chocolate craving.     The food and service were very great, but it is so noisy that it is difficult to talk. Also they used to have an excellent soup that was gluten free. It was one of the reasons I liked to eat there. For some reason, they changed the recipe and it is no longer gluten-free. That is disappointing.

    Could not have had a better experience to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday! We were seated immediately, taken care of exquisitely by our server, and the food was amazing! The server even decorated my mother’s dessert with the 7 and 5 backwards to make it look like she’s only 57, which we had been joking about. As we left, the server even chased us down in the parking lot because my mother had left one of her gifts on the table. Highly recommend for any special occasion!!

    Absolutely outstanding. We were welcomed and offered a prime table in the Restaraunt. Wait staff provided outstanding service from start to finish. Food was served hot and delicious. Could not have asked for a better place to celebrate.

    Everything was amazing! I requested a table with a great view of the sunset. My table was the closest to the lake on the patio, the money shot for a romantic evening. The drinks and food were top tier. Everything from the NOLA broiled oysters, salmon and redfish were seasoned to perfection. I was highly satisfied with my experience.

    Great ambiance, nice location in Shelby Farms Parc. Our server was very nice and attentive. Food was good, my partner was more enthusiastic about his choice than I was. I ordered Idaho trout with risotto cake which was way to oily for my taste. Risotto cake was deep fried and everything was drowned in oil. Trout was covered with a cream based sauce which only added more fat. Maybe this is how it supposed to be; just wasn’t my liking. Update Nov 22 - the owner of the restaurant reached out to me to address the issues. This is very much appreciated and it demonstrates interest and respect for the customers. Enjoying a dish is many times a matter of personal preference; having the chef or the owner reach out in person is, I think, the next level of guest service and care. I would definitely visit the restaurant again; highly recommended!

    The service and food were both excellent. The ambiance on the patio was perfect, not too hot or too cold. Liz was an outstanding waitress, highly recommended. She was very polite and helpful.
