   Service was disappointing from the start. We had to ask three times just to get water, and despite reserving an indoor table due to the weather, they initially tried to seat us outside. We ended up waiting an additional 45 minutes to be seated, which was understandable given the holiday, but being asked to sit outside after making a clear reservation was frustrating. On top of it all, the waitress served other parties before us even though we were clearly seated before them. Unbelievable. Food was 5/5 though. Service was the only flaw of that restaurant.

   You order at the counter and they bring your food out. It’s not what I was expecting or how it’s depicted on social media. So that’s really it for the service. No one really comes up after wards for any type of table service. You pretty much get up and get your own refills or anything else you might want to re order. Food was good but not worth the wait

   We didn't get off to the best start as after waiting 10-15 minutes with the reservation, we were told if we wanted to sit inside it would be another 15-20 minutes or sit outside where it was a bit cold. Since we didn't want to wait any longer, we opted to sit outside but I had selected standard reservation vs outside when I made the reservation so that was disappointing. I do like the set up, you get to see all the menu items displayed, you order your food first with the cashier and they tell you your table number. I felt it was a bit on the pricey side. Two orders of chilaquiles, one juice, one chocolate milk, and after tip it was $70. The Al Pastor and Cremosos chilaquiles were delicious. Crunchy, creamy, flavorful!
