The restaurant was horribly understaffed. We felt terrible for our waitress. The food was awful and cold and took forever to arrive.

It was a very weird experience. The place was almost completely empty so we figured it’d be a quick and easy late lunch. We sat at our table about 25 minutes before the server came by to take drink orders. We ordered drinks along with all of our food, but drinks did not come until we had already been seated for 45/50 minutes. It seemed like the bartender and our server had some type of issue with each other, so another girl (maybe a manager?) had to make our drinks and tried to step in to help the situation. My drink ended up being so strong that I couldn’t even drink it but they still charged $20 for it. Food was all fine but not worth almost $200 for a lunch. They also add on gratuity for themselves here. Definitely would not be recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful dinner. There their take on Cuban food was delicious. We all had different sandwiches and they were all excellent

Our servers was wonderful - very knowledgeable and helpful. food was good. great value. decor seemed a bit dated.

Our experience was not what I was expecting, the restaurant was pretty empty for brunch, and our food didn’t come out all together, which made it weird for the first person who had to wait for the rest of the table to get the rest of the food. While he was waiting for the rest of us to get our food, we decided to tell him to just go ahead and eat, they then brought someone else’s plate and then another’s. Our server came by to check on us after about 15 minutes from when the first person received their food and I still hadn’t received mine so I mentioned I was missing my food. Being that the plates were coming out one at a time we didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention since we thought we were still waiting for the food to come. It felt like my order was forgotten about because he asked me to remind him what I ordered, once he went back it came out in under 10minutes, the issue was that by then everyone at the table had already finished or was almost done and they started clearing the table, I felt pressured to finish eating quickly because I was the last one to get my food. We asked for a dessert menu, and instead the bill was dropped off at the table while I still had food on my plate. There was only two or three other tables at the restaurant, I’m not sure why we were rushed out of there.

Service here was so friendly and amazing, and still dreaming about the rice dish we had! I think it was Mama’s rice? And the Cafe selections were so good. Wish we had time to come back here!

Excellent from the beginning to end. Service, food, and ambiance was exactly what my friends and I were looking for! If you’re looking for great food and a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to go. Tostones Rellenos, Empanadas (delicious), Churrasco Fritts, Snapper covered in tostones crumbs (special of the day), are just a few items on the menu that we had during our visit. Anything we tried, we were not disappointed. The staff was also very friendly, and the area was very clean. We will definitely be back!

The ambiance was great✅ The service was a bit off our waiter was so sweet but forgetful in certain aspects ✅ The food: Empanadas are phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥 Our individual breakfast dishes were good but we did find them a bit oily like they used way to much of & my wrap was soggy. My other 2 guest said the oil was all over as well. We didn’t complain & we never return food bc if we return food rule of thumb is never to ask for anything else. A major disappointment the 🇨🇺Coffee fell flat. The expresso didn’t come with sugar in it. The Cortaditos were cold.
