    Extremely nice service. The main dish came out a bit late, but they apologized very nicely, so I didn't feel bad at all. The food was amazing as well.

    Our server Bryan went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Food was amazing, drinks were fantastic. We had mentioned that it was my birthday and that I had missed out on some cold stone ice cream. Part of our service team (server assistant Luke) went and got the ice cream for us!! That is an awesome and insanely thoughtful gesture on the restaurants behalf. My all time favorite dish had to be the tuna or the steak frites. We also had the beef tartare, chicken, duck, and the cod. Our desserts were stellar- wine was great too. Definitely will be coming back here, very impressed by the attentiveness. Recommend coming here and sharing lots of dishes!!!!

    We love Colette. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food speaks for itself. I ordered the sweet potato entree and it was phenomenal. My son always orders the burger and my daughter enjoyed the mushroom entree. That said, our service last night was not typical of the Colette experience. It took twenty minutes for our orders to be taken. Our server barely greeted the table, offered no input and seemed disingenuous. My daughter asked a clarification question that visibly irritated him. From there, it was another twenty minutes before our two salads came and even longer before our entrees came. The server never introduced himself, checked on us or asked how the food was, though the floor manager did a couple of times. The water service and bussing were terrific but our server was barely visible with us and unpleasant when he was. Overall, for two courses, we were there for just shy of two hours. I don’t know if the slow down was in the kitchen or with our service but it was excessive. We all have “off” days but the service didn’t remotely compliment the food tonight. The food saved the day. Additionally, this was my daughter’s birthday, which he was aware. If this had been a first experience, it certainly wouldn’t have been a true reflection of the restaurant and likely would have prevented our return.

    Service was excellent throughout. Food was very good, however duck confit meat was more cooked than necessary in that while the skin was perfect the leg meat was not succulent. The beans could have been cooked more. They were Al dente. Rice pudding, pork neck, pate and burger all excellent. The butter service is not a good value. Nice but not that special.

    The menu is excellent, innovative and wonderful flavors. The service is great on many levels, several staff pitching in to keep everything flowing. Truly a gem, this today’s Maisonette!

    Creative menu. Delightful. Try the crudo (a wee bit spicy, but terrifically flavorful), and the mushrooms defy explanation but oh so wonderful. The ravioli has wow appeal upon presentation

    The food was excellent! From the delicious butter service, blue fin crudo, beet salad, raviolis, confit- everything was great. Plus many more menu items that we can’t wait to come back and try on our next visit. Our server, David; was very friendly and engaging, he was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. Thank you, Colette for an excellent dinner!

    We had an amazing dining experience at Collette! Cocktails were amazing and the recommendations from the staff were so on point. The bread and butter service… wow. We also had the carrot salad, beet salad, duck confit and ravioli. All amazing!
