Food and service were wonderful! Celebrating a milestone birthday for my husband and the staff and the manager greeted us with a gift and thanking us for celebrating with them. A fun and delicious meal and celebration. Thanks to all.

The scampi app was great and so was the spicy soppressatta pizza. The chicken parm wasn’t hot and chicken had a very soft crust. Lemon drop martini didn’t have a sugar rim. Like the old chicken parm recipe

I had read a lot of good reviews about this place, and I'm always sketchy of "Italian" restaurants in North Carolina, but the food here was tremendous. The steak jillian was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, my wife order a pasta dish and it was very good. The ambiance in the restaurant is very nice, and our server was fantastic. Highly recommend checking it out.

Would speechless be enough?! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome! Since we arrived about half hour prior to our reservation, we headed to the bar for some cocktails. While my son and his wife were deciding on what to drink, I asked the bartender for apple martini 🍸 no sooner I finished asking, he suggested “cosmopolitan” and oh my! It was just the perfect before dinner cocktail - yummy ! Shortly after, we were called to our table. As soon as we were all seated our server Sarah brought a goodie bag for our birthday celebrant and pulled out a piece of paper with my messages on it for my grand-daughter and she read it to her! Inside the goodie bag were pretty hair accessories in her favorite color blue, a blue sea salt body scrub, body spray and body wash. Talked about going above and beyond !! My son said , “I want to come here for my birthday!” lol 😂 But the biggest compliment goes to our server Sarah ! She was an absolute doll! A perfect combination of professionalism and personable. We were amazed by her staying on top of everything! Warm food were served warm and cold food were served cold and beautifully presented!! We were not wanting for nothing! She was there before we even asked without being intrusive! We will definitely be back and will rave and remember this special night on the celebration dinner of my granddaughter ‘s 13th birthday as something extra extra special! It was cute and the food was decent. The tagliatelle looked like fettuccine. I got my bread pudding to go and they barely gave enough sauce to cover so it’s dry.

Enjoyable lunch experience. Excellent selection of antipasti with some unique items. The Burrata was a pleasant mixture of sweet and savory . Pizza options offered something for all tastes. Limited but very good entrees including risotto. Special cocktails looked inviting. Good selection of Italian sodas as well. Our server was knowledgeable and very personable.

we went To Colletta - Cary, NC with another couple and the 4 of us had an excellent evening. The only complaint was the value of the drinks. We ordered 2 rocks drinks and were served 1.5 oz of liquor which is normally for mixed cocktails not rocks drinks and then charge more money for at least a slightly larger amount of liquor for rocks drinks like 1/4 to 1/2 oz. we were charged 16.00 for rocks drinks which for that value and price seemed awfully cheap and poor value seemed very expensive for a restaurant of this caliber and prices for the food which was great.

Our server was amazing! The only thing I can say bad about the restaurant is their net bug issue going on. They’re everywhere! When trying to eat, you’re swarmed by them.
