    Collette’s is wonderful. The food is perfect and the ambience is warm and inviting. The staff really cares about the dining experience. This is the best restaurant in Escondido hands down.

    The place is cute and has a nice ambience The food selection was a limited and overpriced. The only vegetarian selection was just steamed vegetables—I don’t think a whole lot of thought went into it. The other food we had was good but we probably won’t be back because of the prices.

    Brought my family here for the first time. We tried almost everything, not one disappointment. Staff knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitely be back!

    Fantastic meal and experience at Collete's. Service warm and friendly. They use local growers. Food was superb. Wonderful ambience. Quiet and we could talk without shouting. Awesome.

    An excellent dining experience. My wife and I were very happy to find this gem in downtown Escondido. Chef Lisa is doing it right. The quality of food is excellent. The plating is artistic. The staff was very accommodating the from moment you walk through the door to the last bite. Last but not least, they are farm to table supporting local!

    Nice ambiance and location. The food and service were nice but it was pretty expensive. More than I would say the value you get. I would recommend and return for sure but knowing fully well it is one of the most pricey restaurants for a farm to table concept.

    Dinner was fabulous!! A fixe prix menu that had 6 courses, each one delicious. A great addition to Escondido!!

    Overall nice place and will come back. The food was great, love supporting local farmers… my Squash Pasta was served luke warm but edible. The servers were very kind but also very inexperienced for this level of dining. They need to explain and be familiar with the menu, website specials etc. They need to learn to open a wine bottle, replace silverware, and just up their game to the level of the establishment. I would dim the lighting a bit as well. I hope you succeed as I think you have a great concept and with some fine tuning can really excel.

    Presentation was lovely. The food was excellent. My only criticism is that some of the portions were a bit small. The wait staff was attentive without being intrusive.

    Superb experience. The owner, Jeanette, clearly wants her customers to have an exceptional experience! Chef Lisa impressed me. Beautiful decor, impeccable service, a lovely wine selection and gourmet farm-to-table cuisine all explode into a sensuous moment here. Try this place or miss something special.
