   We wanted to introduce this place to friends because of previous experience….and they were quite impressed. Another great evening from this restaurant! Exceptional customer service beginning at the host stand, to our server, food runners, bussers , and managers. Plates were cleared quickly, refills were prompt, exchange of dirty silverware was done in between apps, entrees, then dessert. Appreciate how everyone from the restaurant worked together. Such great attention to detail. Food and beverage was delicious! Enjoyed pre dinner drinks, the apps, and entrees - must get the coconut cream pie. Will be back and continue to share our experience at the Collins Brothers with friends and family.

   We enjoyed a great dining experience. Every staff member from the hostesses to servers were friendly and helpful. Service was excellent, and I was impressed by the way servers stepped in wherever they saw a need. My black bean and rice burger was very good. The cheese on the sandwich was a perfect accompaniment. My husband ordered the Cuban and was pleased with his selection. I love the fries at Collins Brothers. We will be returning often.

   Overall our group was very impressed…good service, friendly and fun. The food was tremendous and the experience was great. The noise level was a little challenging to be able to carry on a conversation.

   Good first experience dining at Collins Brothers Public House. While the food met our expectations the service was a bit lackluster but enjoyable nonetheless. A last minute option was worth the visit.

   This has become my favorite spot! Love the consistency in delicious and excellent service. It is apparent that portions are getting smaller even the martini glasses are smaller. A little disappointed.

   Great cocktails, good vibe, and really easy and fun food that is way above average. Killer appetizers and one of the best French dips sandwiches anywhere, grouper fish sandwich is amazing! 👍👍👍👍👍
