   Cunningham Group never disappoints. Most of their restaurants are fine casual dining and they do them perfectly. Add fine dining to their success. Definitely their fanciest restaurant and nicest.

   What a disappointing experience. I rarely complain but management needs to be made aware. We were seated immediately, but things went downhill from there. It took our server 25 minutes to even visit our table for the first time – and that was only after we finally got up and went and alerted the hostess. When she came to the table, she was completely unapologetic. I can give grace if you acknowledge your delay—but she gave us nothing. Took our orders – from drinks, apps, and our main courses from the get-go. Also mentioned out of the gate that “the bar was backed up so it might be a minute”. In my opinion, that was unacceptable. We had already been sitting there for 25 minutes without drinks. I understand a bar being busy on a concert night, but that comment was ridiculous. Needless to say all said and done, it was a little over an hour before our drinks even arrived at the table, and by that point we had already had our appetizers and our food showed up about 30 seconds after our drinks finally did. Three of us got the filet—which was all overcooked, and my husband got the sea bass, which came luke warm. The sides were the only thing I would give a positive review to —the French onion mac & cheese, and the brussels sprouts. It took a while to pay our check as well. And again not a single apology for our wait. If I’m going to be spending that much money on a dinner, I expect way better service than that. We won’t be back anytime soon, and I would not recommend it to anyone – even with its proximity to Gainbridge.

   CR Group did it again! Excellent food and service in a great location for downtown especially for a pre- Gain bridge event.

   Steaks were very good, Oscar style had a lot of crab meat. Our service was excellent

   Good and service was wonderful. We had special request for our oysters and they were amazing. The best lobster bisque was the best ever!!!

   Ben was amazing. He made our dinner a very pleasing and personal experience. Ben was great with food allergies and took care of us well. Our table was great and holiday decorations looked great. The only negative was it took a bit longer than expected for our entrees to come out, and the restaurant was not crowded. Overall, very good experience and we will come back.

   We loved everything about Commission Row. Ben was the best waiter we’ve ever had at any restaurant hands down. Ask for him! He made us feel like royalty as we celebrated our 20th anniversary. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10!

    We try a new place every Christmas season and Commission Row will definitely be part of our regular dining rotation! The NY strip was off the charts and even the burger was fabulous! Looking forward to our next special family dinner!
