   It was a little chilly inside today, but the service and food was its usually great self. A value in lunch compared to others.

   I invited 8 friends for lunch today with a reservation. All guests were on time. Our waiter from the start had a negative attitude and nothing we could do was going to change that. We ordered 7 cold beverages and we had to ask for sweetener twice, same with mayonnaise, refills on the tea etc. Apps, food, drinks and dessert were all very good so no complaint there but the friendliness from our waiter was absent. After discussing this with one of my guests she said her experience with him as her waiter recently transpired in the same attitude. We will not have him as our water again.

   The special prime rib sandwich was fantastic. A beautiful piece of meat, cooked perfectly. This was topped off by great service for our server, Emily. Fun lunch at a good price.

   We had a great experience. Our server, Steven, was outstanding. The oysters were a delicious appetizer as well as the various entrees for the evening. It was a very enjoyable evening, and we’ll definitely be back.
