   Great birthday dinner with my finance. Service was outstanding, ambiance exquisite. The food was the star of the show with fresh homemade pasta and tasty drinks!

   Welcoming receiving hosts. The waiters were under pressure. It took time to make an order and had to attract attention. Took the wine bottle away before it was finished and asked for it back. Did not leave the bottle near the table

   I have never made a review on this app but I have to because I have been to Contessa a few times and was amazing. I was thrilled to take someone new there and had the worst experience. She took our appetizer order and I didn’t see her for awhile. We even finished the apps and we order still and sparkling water. Those glasses were empty most of the time we were there. After we finished the apps and had empty glasses she finally showed up and took our lunch order. My pasta was cold and my bfs was so salty his hands swelled up after. He literally took 2 bites. She came by and didn’t even ask if the food was ok. She never refilled the water. She brings the bill with automatic 20% tip. I just wanted to ask her if she felt like she deserved it. Unfortunately we will never be coming back.

   This was my 4th time here. The food is always delicious. The ambiance is great. This time, I brought my son who was visiting from college and has life-threatening food allergies to peanuts and tree nuts and is vegan. The way the staff handled his food allergies was nothing short of perfection! Our waiter, Angel, knew the ingredients of every dish inside out and flawlessly made recommendations. He even offered the coconut and pineapple mint sorbet for dessert, which are both peanut and tree nut free and vegan. My son enjoyed the dessert with so much gusto because he usually doesn’t get to have dessert. I will continue to frequent Contessa and recommended it highly to everyone I know! My son, and I think all of you for your impeccable service!
