Welcome to Contrast Brasserie. With a sharp focus on Scottish, locally sourced produce, we invite you to savour the tastes of the season with a touch of Pan-Asian flair.

From succulent rare breed pork, prime dry-aged beef to market fresh fruit and vegetables we try to stay true to our Scottish roots, creating simple dishes built around one great ingredient.     Everything we chose from the menu was delicious. If you opt for Duck Spring rolls from a la carte they are filling! Venison was first class. Service by all the staff was very personal and they all made the experience very positive.

    Genuinely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to Inverness. The staff went above and beyond, even bringing out a small cake for my partner’s birthday. Food was amazing and staff were faultless, first time coming and definitely won’t be the last. Thanks so much!
