Dinner was great, as usual. However, not sure why we weren't given the holiday Thanksgiving dinner menu to look at. Also, I had to ask for glasses of water. With the amount of wine we had, the server should've considered it early on.

The experience here was good. The food and service were good. It was busy, however, we were not waiting long for service. Cory was our server and he went above and beyond to accommodate my allergies and ensured my meal would not harm me. Always a good time and expertise eating at Cooper's Hawk. Shout out to the entire staff who ensured everyone's Thanksgiving day was memorable.

Very disappointed in my dining experience on Thanksgiving day 2024. Reservation made three weeks in advance for my 90 year old mother and other family members. I was seated in the covered patio area with uncovered patio tables, which became increasingly cold due to the wind and coldness of the day. Was told there were no other tables available and this was the overflow area so I expected others to be seated there. NO ONE ELSE WAS EVER SEATED OUT THERE despite the fact there were many others waiting for table been we were seated I asked the MANAGER why and his answer was “He didn’t know “ I have dined here many times before but this experience and response was totally unacceptable.

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have returned for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner - guess we've started a tradition! The wait staff is very efficient and pleasant especially for working on a holiday.

We were expecting more and better from Cooper's Hawk for Thanksgiving. While the butternut squash soup, turkey & dessert were very good, the remainder of the meal need improvement. The dressing was bland, the thimble of cranberry sauce a joke and we were not allowed to substitute for the potatoes or vegetable, which was a shame, because we know there is much better fare on the regular menu. Next time we'll forego the holiday special and order from the normal menu.

Service was excellent as always although a few times they cleared plates away too quickly. Food and wine was great too and we always enjoy a few wine samples as well, one of the few places that does this.

Had a 5 o’clock reservation but arrived about ten minutes early. Hostess could hardly speak and we weren’t seated until five after the hour. Server was busy but acknowledged us that she would be right with us. Once she ended up at our table she was apologetic, bubbly and full of energy. Super refreshing to see someone love their job, understand multitasking and still make you feel like you’re her only table. She was incredible! I’m probably spelling her name wrong, but Nakara needs a raise and the ability to train others.

I was waiting on the side where members usually would go to pick up their bottles of wine, and the manager yelled “sir there no one over there you need to fill in at the bar” typically someone would come over to assist, talk about beyond embarrassing. Immediately afterwords cancelled my membership. Food was great, waiter was great, manager needs a refresher training course on customer service

the food was amazing once we finally got seated. but putting a reservation in 2 weeks advance and still having to wait 30 minutes wasn’t how I wanted to start the experience. They got some matt rife looking dude at the front who was incredibly overwhelmed by all the customers. it just seems like he was thrown to the wolves which wasn’t cool. management should have stepped up to assist some how. multiple angry customers canceling their reservations and leaving because of their wait. but we toughed it out and got some pretty damn good food. I just feel like the upper management could have helped handled the whole situation for multiple people better.
