We had an enjoyable experience at Coopers Hawk. Our server, Bianca, was fantastic. She made great recommendations and stayed on task the entire evening. She was very busy but took the time to engage with us throughout the meal. Food was good, though the roasted vegetables were a bit overdone, but overall our food was tasty and well prepared. We will certainly be back.

Went for brunch special ..bubbles etc. were out of brisket hash within 1st hr Didn’t offer any substitute. Mediocre brunch menu we’re VERY long term club nembers. Disappointed in service slow Front end wine tasting was fun

Overall, enjoyed our Holiday party with 12 people. One issue. Our server seemed annoyed the whole time from beginning to end and that put us on edge a few times. Maybe he was having an off night but he didn’t smile once. He was the worst part of our night. We then needed a group picture and asked another worker passing by to take it and she rolled her eyes and seemed like we were a problem to her too. We spent very good money and we expect great, friendly service and we did NOT receive that.

The food and service were terrific! Of course, a little bit cheaper would be nice - especially for the filet trio and pick chops. But they tasted great.

Our server was amazing!! She discovered our daughter’s birthdays were next month and brought them out a birthday dessert after our meal. We were not there to celebrate their birthdays, but she went above and beyond to make them feel special

We lunched at Coopers Hawk restaurant the day after Christmas. It was not crowded, which was a nice bonus. My friend ordered the flatbread, which she liked. I ordered the butternut squash gnocchi with mushrooms which was divine! A light yet creamy cream sauce with butternut squash. I brought home leftovers and can't wait to eat them. Our server was very nice and attentive (unfortunately, I didn't write down her name). The only disappointment was that they took down all of the holiday decorations. Usually places keep up the festive decorations until after New Years. It looked pretty bare for the day after Christmas.
