Celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary which we posted on our Open Table reservation. Waited 35 minutes past our reservation to be seated. There were more than 20 empty tables available so obviously understaffed. Food was excellent. Ordered two $12 after dinner coffee drinks that were lukewarm. Asked our server to top them off with hot coffee but came back lukewarm again. Ordered dessert and mentioned our anniversay since nobody in the restaurant seemed to notice it on our reservation all evening. Our server was nice enough to charge us full price. We witnessed many complaints to the manager during our dinner so they have some work to do if they want to match the quality of the east side location. Probably won't visit the Avon location again until we hear about improvements.

The evening started out later then planned. Seating was 25 min behind our reservation time. The server had too many tables to wait on. so we were neglected quite a bit. Didn't get our water refilled or our plates cleared. We used the table nearby to clear our own appetizer plates. We had a bottle delivered to the table but it was another 20 min before we had glasses brought and the bottle uncorked. The food was good, the portions were small. The cheese sampler didn't have enough toast for all of the cheese that was on the plate. It was an experience. Not sure it will be repeated.

Had the scallops and was disappointed. Found the sauce that was used did not complement the dish also the scallops were very small. For $35 It was not worth it. First bad dish I have had there.

My husband and I celebrated our 36th anniversary at coopers hawk and we were not disappointed! The food was spectacular and our waiter, Richard, was very nice and knowledgeable! It is a beautiful restaurant and I definitely recommend it!

Because of the high volume of people, high level of noise it was very difficult to carry on a conversation. This was a big factor in enjoying the dining experience. The wait staff was fine, but nothing extraordinary. I was at the restaurant a few Saturdays ago and felt that everyone was much more gracious, attentive and friendly. Avon/Avon Lake people are looking for a great quality restaurant. Better acoustics are needed.

We had a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed the place and said we would go back. Everyone tried something different and raved about their meals. It was a little slow because they were busy but we didn’t mind, it allowed our appetizers to settle before we our meals arrived.

We had a reservation for seating in the bar area. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves both from the standpoint of the wine, our waitress and the amazing food! I have been here before but was the first time for my friend. We plan on coming back soon! Thank you for the awesome service!
