Dinner was great! The wait staff did a good job keeping us updated on the food order and inquiring if I wanted additional drinks or dessert.

Fabulous meal, excellent service (as always)! So happy to see Kristi back from maternity leave, she is AMAZING and always makes our meal extra wonderful!

Our reservations were ready at our requested time and we were seated in the bar area, not are preferred seating but since it was very busy we were surprised and we were satisfied with the seating arrangement which provided us ample room, not crammed together with others around. Overall very good service and good food as we have come to expect here.

We are regulars at Cooper's Hawk and they never disappoint. Our server, Jason L. was working his butt off (it was New Year's Eve!), but he was always pleasant and helpful. Thanks again for another great meal!

They were overbooked and under staffed. Our waiter served and bussed the table. It was clear she was working hard. The experience was 2.5 hours as we waited for drinks and food. I’ve been to other Cooper Hawk locations and did not experience this level of chaos. While I understand it was New Years Eve, this evening was poorly managed.

I have been a wine club member for many years - service is always outstanding and I have never had a bad meal. Selection of specials mis always good

The kitchen messed up the order. One entree came the other we had to wait for. Instead eating together one had to watch the other eat. Even though we were compensated with the bottle of wine and with an apology but that’s not how we would like to have dinner. It seems like we have no luck coming to Cooper’s Hawk near our home in Bloomingdale. Something always happens.

Not sure what happened with staffing but our server was too busy to pay enough attention to us and there were many other workers walking around doing what looked to me like side work to leave. Also we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated when we had a reservation. Food was good but I was disappointed with the night overall
