One of the worst dining experiences we have had at a Cooper’s Hawk location. Roasted vegetable flatbread had no roasted vegetables sans 2 paltry tomatoes. They should have called it cheese flatbread. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts were drowned in sauce to try to hide the lack of actual brussel sprouts. My daughter’s filet medallions came out extremely rare when we asked for Medium. The roasted vegetable side dish consisted of green beans, undercooked soggy onions and carrot sticks - none of which were actually roasted and not at all what has been served in our past visits. All in all a very poor food experience that we hope is a one time “off” night and not the new norm for this location.

Not as good as it usually is. Was disappointed in the calamari it was hardly breaded and not very tasty. Server was gone for long stretches of time. He was nice enough but not too attentive.

I have stomach issues and it is hard for me to eat a lot of things. I asked for a dish to be prepared certain way and they were too busy to do something that I have had there many times. The dish I ordered instead was supposed to have the sauce on the side. The dish came out with wasabi cream on it and was totally not edible for me. The manager was very nice about it and the waitress was very apologetic. They gave us a dessert and redid my meal.

I have dined at this Bloomingdale’s Cooper’s Hawk three times and two times I have been disappointed, but I also went on a busy Friday night. Both times that I was disappointed I ordered the Soy Ginger Salmon. Both times, the fish came back very under-cooked. Maybe I should have told them that I don’t eat sushi or please fully cook my salmon. We had to send it back both times. They were busy but next time I will choose a different CH location and hope that they know how to cook grilled salmon.

We LOVE this location. Ciera our server was the best, anticipated our needs, made wonderful recommendations and made us feel like we were her only table. The GM Nick stopped by as well and he is so nice! This is my favorite Cooper’s Hawk location by far. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and service!

Great Menu and Excellent Service. The sangria by the pitcher is a good value and very tasty. The warm pretzel bread is delicious. The Carmel flavored crème brûlée is a great desert to share. We will come back soon.

McKenzie was our server and was very good. Had prime the rib sandwich and it was perfectly done. Very tender.
