Service was great as usual. Food cooked how we like it. Wine choice excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic evening out. Note: we did wine tasting first. Highly recommend!

I have been to this restaurant several times and never had any issues. However last night left some things to be desired. We were seated in a corner near windows and there was cold air coming down on my back from vents above…even my feet were cold! It was also extremely busy so I had to give our server some slack. However, I was displeased with the service for other reasons. Mt husband and I are members and have been for years. The tasting area was very crowded so we chose to have a tasting at the table. There were 4 of us at the table and we were celebrating one person’s birthday. We received one tasting glass of wine apiece instead of two, as we were told would be the case. One of the pours was barely a sip, while the others received a typical tasting pour. We did not receive our $25 reward that had to be used by Nov. 30 ( which was one reason we went to the restaurant). The birthday girl received a special treat of 2 truffles, but the bill indicated that we were charged $6.95 for it!! It wasn’t until we got home and I saw our receipt that I saw the charge, so I didn’t say anything at the time. But I assumed it would have been complimentary as it usually was. All in all it was a disappointment despite the excellent food.

Always a great experience. The Burr Ridge location is the best in the area. Staff is always amazing. Food is delicious. Wine is always great . Proud wine club member

Of all the Coopers Hawk restaurants, Burr Ridge is our favorite. For being a busy Saturday night, we were seated at our reservation time and had a very nice dinner. Food and beverages were excellent.

We had another great meal at this restaurant! Rosa took fantastic care of us. We enjoyed a bottle of Malbec wine to start. We shared a Caesar salad. our favorite. I had the Drunken Shrimp an the roasted broccolini - both were delicious! My husband had one of his favorite dishes, boneless pork chop with Betty's potatoes and garlic green beans. We did not have any room for dessert. We enjoy the food and service here and return regularly because of these things. We will be back again soon!

I have been her many times but this has to be the worst dinning experience I have had. The waitress didn’t get anything right that night. Not even a simple order of water. So disappointed.

This was our first time eating at Cooper’s for Thanksgiving. It was a great experience and totally worth it! The special menu was perfect and reasonably priced. While there were a lot of diners, it did not feel overly packed. The ambiance was comfortable and we were able to have conversations and hear each other just fine. The wait time and service was excellent! We had a very attentive waiter who ensured we had everything we needed. While it’s nice to have Thanksgiving at home, it’s also nice to have the option to not have to cook the turkey yourself and dine out instead at a great restaurant! Thank you Cooper’s Hawk!

This was out first experience that was not really up to the standard we were used to as a Wine Club member. We arrived at 7pm on Thanksgiving eve and were seated at the table by the hostess. After about 40 minutes of waiting and people basically not even noticing us that we decided to speak to the manager Trevor. He was apologetic and wanted to attempt to make it better. We were brought drink samples, bread and water. We ordered appetizers. It seemed to take a while for everything. We eventually ordered the entrees. The jambalaya was horrible...rice under cooked and the food was over spiced. I'm from the south and I have eaten many Loiusiana style entrees. This entree was the pits. The managers did take it off the bill. The other entrees and appetizers were good. I believe they weren't able to keep up with the excessive amount of customers. The other times we have been when it was slower this place seemed to be able to handle it but not this night. Thanks for the comps on the meal but we will probably pick another day/time that is not busy....then we can be taken care of properly.
