We have greatly enjoyed our many visits to Cooper's Hawk over the years, and applaud this restaurant for adding to the quality of Centerville restaurants. The menu is conservative and pricey for the offerings. Menu is getting tired - suggest new options. Service is always excellent, including the wine tasting. Ivory was doing her best, but seemed overwhelmed with diners.... Perhaps more training.... The setting near a Centerville park is great as is the ambience. We visited prior to Christmas, and Cooper's Hawk is busy. A bar window booth brings in the outdoors, and satisfies our need to day to explore the menu. Elected the burgers, and very good. I had salad, and my son insisted on fries. We recommend.

Cooper’s Hawk is becoming one of our favorite mid-priced dining choices lately and today’s visit was as good as all the others. An eclectic menu offers plenty of options to satisfy just about anybody’s appetite of the moment. Service is excellent, too. The house wines, a feature of this chain, have gotten much better over recent years. Some of the dry reds especially hold their own nicely with big-name brands.

We had a wonderful experience. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Each time eating at Cooper's Hawk, it feels like you are on a cooking show enjoying excellent cuisine. Thanks to Robin and Hannah, our service was top notch. Wishing you and your employees the best.

Very nice lunch experience. Food was top notch. Our waiter was professional... and friendly. Only negative was checking in at front desk. The young lady was less than friendly and rather robotic in her actions..... Not a warm welcome. That won't keep me from returning.... great food and service.

I always say “Cooper’s Hawk never misses”. All of our meals and drinks were great. It was very busy last night and that is why I gave the service four stars instead of five. Our server couldn’t quite get to us as fast as we would normally prefer. But overall, it was a great experience. Get the Brussels Sprouts.

Overall, a totally great experience. This restaurant has got it right on every detail: the staff, the food, the service, and the ambience of the restaurant. One of the best places to eat in the Dayton area.
