Another wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk! Our server was very friendly and efficient! We tried the new prime rib sliders on their happy hour menu and they are amazing! Highly recommend!. I tried the gnocchi à la Vodka for the first time and wow! Lots of flavor! I could put that Sauce on anything! The server was great about keeping my son supplied with the pretzel bread and butter, it’s his favorite food group. It really can’t ever go wrong with a night out at Cooper’s Hawk in Coconut Creek

Overall, I had a good time, but I can’t give it five stars because they put us in the back corner where it was dark. I specified on my reservation that we were celebrating my friend's baby shower because she wasn’t having a party. We still wanted to do something nice for her. I ordered the salmon dish, they ran out of mashed potatoes and gave me a bunch of coleslaw (I don't like coleslaw). When I ordered my dish, I asked the server if they can remove it she said it was only on there for garnish. when I receive my dish, it was a bunch of coleslaw and the salmon and I was confused. The service day-to-day ran out of mashed potato. I told the server I wish you’d ask me if I wanted to change my dish to something else because I would have done that. Why would you bring me a side of coleslaw when I specifically told you that I did not like coleslaw and to remove it off my dish and you told me it was only there for garnish that didn’t make sense to me. However, they did accommodate me and removed it from my bill. Everything else we ordered was good, the appetizers and the alcoholic drinks. My friend also ordered a virgin Mojito and she enjoyed.

The short ribs, flat bread and wine were all excellent. The service also was excellent. The only negative was the 20 minute wait for our table past the reservation time.

We are frequent diners and service and food was off tonight. Server was nice but not well trained. We needed to ask for drink refills, clear off empty flight glasses and to check on our appetizer and meals. 3/4 meals were very good but one meal was not prepared according to Life Balance ingredients. Server offered to change it but meals took so long to come out it wasnt worth it.

On the positive side, we were seated almost immediately and in the area we had specifically requested, which made for a smooth and welcoming start. The customer service was truly commendable—attentive and friendly throughout the meal. However, the food left something to be desired. While the presentation was nice, the dishes were overly salty, which overshadowed the flavors. Additionally, the portions were surprisingly small, especially considering the price point. For the cost, I expected a bit more value in terms of both quantity and taste. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk delivers excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere, but the food quality and portion size could use improvement to match the pricing.

First time visiting. We had a great dinner. Friendly service. A bit slow but it was very busy. Delicious drinks and food. Would definitely come back the next time I’m in town.
