Normally, Cooper's Hawk is great. This time they forgot to prepare 1 of my party's order. The manager came and said it would be out in a few minutes. A few minutes turned out to be 15-25 minutes. Everyone was done eating by this time and the party who did not get his meal after this amount of time told them to take it back as it finally came out. Waiter responded poorly and we were not at all happy with this visit.

We had a wonderful meal. It was loud but. It as loud as other visits. We always enjoy our meals & WINE!

Arrived here at a late Friday night reservation of a party of 4. Our waitress, Gretel, was one of the best servers I have had in a while. She was very tentative and accommodated my request with substituting in chicken instead of the sausage in the Gnocchi dish. She immediately took my modified order and realized the kitchen was out of gnocchi. She was sincerely apologetic along with the back of the kitchen manager. They offered me gluten free gnocchi which didn't seem like a big difference to me. Food was great and my order arrived just as expected. My only complaint is that my modification for chicken was a $5 up charge that I was not expecting. Otherwise, no complaints.

Another wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk! Our server was very friendly and efficient! We tried the new prime rib sliders on their happy hour menu and they are amazing! Highly recommend!. I tried the gnocchi à la Vodka for the first time and wow! Lots of flavor! I could put that Sauce on anything! The server was great about keeping my son supplied with the pretzel bread and butter, it’s his favorite food group. It really can’t ever go wrong with a night out at Cooper’s Hawk in Coconut Creek

Overall, I had a good time, but I can’t give it five stars because they put us in the back corner where it was dark. I specified on my reservation that we were celebrating my friend's baby shower because she wasn’t having a party. We still wanted to do something nice for her. I ordered the salmon dish, they ran out of mashed potatoes and gave me a bunch of coleslaw (I don't like coleslaw). When I ordered my dish, I asked the server if they can remove it she said it was only on there for garnish. when I receive my dish, it was a bunch of coleslaw and the salmon and I was confused. The service day-to-day ran out of mashed potato. I told the server I wish you’d ask me if I wanted to change my dish to something else because I would have done that. Why would you bring me a side of coleslaw when I specifically told you that I did not like coleslaw and to remove it off my dish and you told me it was only there for garnish that didn’t make sense to me. However, they did accommodate me and removed it from my bill. Everything else we ordered was good, the appetizers and the alcoholic drinks. My friend also ordered a virgin Mojito and she enjoyed.
