Delightful evening! Even though it was busy, we were seated quickly! David was truly an exceptional waiter. Amie Byrd the Manager was so kind as to bring us our take home wine order to the table! Best service we’d had at a Coopers Hawk in long time!

Music is too loud, it is not a disco. Very difficult to have a conversation while you are eating. Food and service very good.

Although we had to sit outside the wind did not bother us. The food is incredible and the price for wine very reasonable.

This was one of our best visits. Christine, who did our wine tasting experience, was informative and knowledgeable. My son’s girlfriend has never really had a chance to taste wine and find something she really liked. Christine helped her and we found a winner. Deja’s, our server, was new but really worked hard to make everything perfect. She had a positive attitude and enjoyed us trying new things she’d never experienced before. Can;t say enough about them both. We had an issue with our account and the customer service gentleman, I did not catch his name, was fabulous and extremely helpful. Another person with a n extremely positive attitude.

8 of us dined. 7:15 reservation. Seated on time. Ordered everything by 7:30pm. Received appetizers about 20 min later - main course took almost 45 minutes to be served. Food was awful. Steaks overcooked, jambalaya dry and tasteless - in fact the salmon one person ordered was about the only edible thing - rest was just awful. We would have sent it all back but we were already late for a comedy show next door due to the food taking so long to get out to us. Been members for years. Probably time to give it up and move on.
