Food was great , waiter MARK was great. It took awhile for our drinks to get to the table, we ordered a martini & a mojito and it took a bit long. Otherwise perfect.

Our reservation time was respected. Marise our server was fantastic. The problem comes from the foord. we where four people. 2 out of 4 were not satified with thei food. Filet mignon was almost burned, and a chicken plate was breaded althought not mentionned on the menu. But it can happen, we enjoyed the place and probably come back.

We were really disappointed with how we were greeted and treated upon arrival. We had a 6:45pm reservation and weren’t seated until over half an hour later. And, we had to go to the hostess stand and ask why were ppl were seated that arrived after us. And, we were still waiting. I had asked for a booth and was rudely told that they were busy. So, I reverted to first available. Upon our arrival, we asked a question about what check in of others meant and the person I wasn’t speaking to responded; the woman’s response was unnecessarily rude and I voiced my issue with her response. Their unspoken response was they seated us last. Since, our reservation was for Thanksgiving, we decided to let it go. But, the impression remains and we won’t be going there again! Thankfully, there are many other options that we regularly frequent. One last thing that I also found offensive is the person that seated us; a man that was actually cleaning for most of the time we waited to be seated took my mother’s walker and said it was a fire hazard To leave next to the table. She has a mobility issue and that is an extension of her body. And, why was the guy cleaning the one that seated us and not anyone from the host stand?!? A few minutes later, I found it odd that a stroller that took up more space than my mother’s mobility aid was placed in the same position right next to us and that apparently wasn’t an issue. I know Florida’s customer service in restaurants is a major issue. But, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of treatment going out in a holiday!
