The staff was not nice, didn’t try to meet our needs, we made reservations for 7pp and for 6pp at 4pm and asked to be sat near each other and they gave us a hard time although there were empty tables available, the waiter was not nice either, didn’t want to bring me a free wine tasting to the table, horrible experience for such an expensive restaurant , we’re ambassadors and we’re also told by our waiter it’s hard to sit us together for dinner and I said it was only 4pm and there tables available, their excuses didn’t make sense, the manager finally accommodated us after all the rolling of the eyes the staff mad towards us. Bad experience.

We had a 730 reservation. Walked in and we were offered a high top table, which is fine. She pointed in direction of the high top, but did not escort us to the table as I approached the table. Someone else was there waiting for the same table, so I had to go back and tell her this and she was going to see us in a booth. By the time she found a booth, we found two seats at the bar and sat there put our food and drink orders in immediately since we had a show to catch. Two rounds of drinks came and the people around us who ordered after us had been served, eaten and paid… and our food hadn’t come even though I reminded them that they may have forgotten to put the order in. We were asked to wait another 10 or 15 minutes for the food which we refused because of the show. So we did not eat, I had to ask the manager to comp the drinks. He did so without argument and gave me a free bottle of wine. The next day, OpenTable sent me an email asking why I was a no-show! Needless to say, Service was horrible from the hostess desk to the bartenders

Dinner was excellent as it was when we came initially in March 2024. We had a great waiter. It was a wonderful way to end our vacation and we will definitely be back on our next visit.

When we first arrived at our table we sat for over 20 min without a server coming by or even getting water. However eventually a server from another area, Josh, came over and took our drink order and apologized for the hold up. He then went on to serve our table. He was awesome and he made sure we had a great experience . Thanks Josh!

We had a wonderful experience. The meal from appetizer to the dessert was excellent. We went with friends for dinner and had a wonderful time
