Great service, food, ambiance, establishment. Bit noisy and were being entertained by a loud family near us. Didn't like the calamari, but everything else was great. Meatball appetizer was amazing. Brussel sprouts amazing also. Good drinks too. I recommend it.

I've patronized at Cooper's Hawk plenty of times, but yesterday 2/14/25 was an absolute failure. Food quality was subpar, food was not cooked at requested temperature l (food undercooked). Reservation seating switched from 5 to 3, which made seating tight and uncomfortable at smaller table. If this happens again, I may have to reevaluate my being a member of Cooper's Hawk.

Very disappointed at the service and the food was cold and undercooked. Server had a multitude of tables and would take a long time to tend to us. Would be wise to stay away from this place on select holidays or special occasions.

Being an Ambassador member because of past outstanding visits to CH, I was again disappointed with the food quality and preparation. We were a party of 8 (which might be the problem because CH is generally good with parties of 4 or less). 3 ordered Chirascos. 1 did not receive his steak until the rest of us finished eating. When received, his medium was well done. Another medium steak was well done and the 3 quarters order was charcoal. On the good side, table service by Jose was outstanding !

Before dinner we went to do wine tasting! VERY dissapointed with service! two servers for 20 plus people. One server was rude he didn't even acknowlge us. The other wine server she was very nice! I wouldnt go back and I'm a member. I've been to several coopehawks restaurant. It was sons gf 1st time going. I was embarressed.
