What a fabulous night out at our local Coopers Hawk! Our server Gaby was full of energy and very attentive. She made sure that our drinks were never left empty, our meals were prepared to our liking which left us happy and full. We look forward to our next night out at the Gurnee Cooper's Hawk.

A very rushed dining experience. It put a stain on the entire evening . Food was good though! ** this was corrected by the manager, Jim. Thank you Jim!

Watch a couple get up to leave and plates and utensils were removed but table never wiped off before next couple was seated. Thought this was odd and unsanitary.
