My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous meal at Cooper’s Hawk in Orlando last night. My pistachio crusted flounder was delicious and perfectly accompanied by tender asparagus and yummy mashed potatoes. My husband loved his brown butter sea scallops over jasmine rice. Our server, Matthew, helped us select these dishes by giving us information about several of our options. Matthew also guided us to a perfect bottle of wine to accompany this wonderful meal. Matthew was professional, very knowledgeable and quite friendly. We greatly appreciate the high level of food and service at Cooper’s Hawk, and look forward to a future dinner there. We will certainly request Matthew as our server.

I love Cooper’s Hawk and we belong to the wine club. I love the attention to detail when it concerns the wine and we have enjoyed most of the wine. We go to the one in Orlando which is always busy and way too loud to have conversations without shouting. Service is hit or miss but we lucked out last night with Jaylin(?). He was always there to check on us but no hovering. Well done. The only complaint I ever have about this particular location is cleanliness. Because the turnover rate is so high, I feel they give it a lick and a promise.

The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. It was very loud and the server, meh not so much. She didn’t seem like she was feeling it today at work. Otherwise it was great.

Arrived a few minutes early but had to wait until just after reservation time. We went at two so we could take advantage of the lunchtime menu which this month included an arancini special but we were VERY disappointed to hear they were out of it. We tried the months wines and decided on the December offering, Vin Noir. Our meals were good but they failed to follow my wife’s request to remove peas from her dish. Waiter was excellent!

Coopers hawk is my wife and I favorite restaurant and we're wine club members as well. Upon seating, our server, Amir informed us about how busy it is and I'll food may take time. He made sure we had water and bread and brought us our appetizers pretty fast. I ordered the trio medallions medium well. They came out medium and Amir took responsibility for the mistake and sent it back and when I came back, it was nice and hot. He did pretty awesome and is probably the best male server we've had at any restaurant. He really made our night. Ill be sure to look out for him on our return next month

I think this is m second review for Cooper’s Hawk. And just like last time the food was excellent and our waiter Alec was awesome. Highly recommend.

Had a 6:45 reservation but went early to do a wine tasting before dinner. Checked in so they knew we were there and was told they would come get us when our table was ready. Went back to the checkin desk at 7:00 since I didn’t hear anything from them and was told they forgot but would get us a table right away. We were finally seated at 7:15 so half an hour later than our reservation. Ordered drinks and once they arrived we ordered an appetizer and our entree’s. Appetizer came and was very good. When we were almost done with the appetizer the waitress returned and asked “what did you order for dinner? I forgot and never put the order in.” She never wrote anything down so had apparently got distracted and forgot what we ordered. The entree’s never arrived until 8:30 so there was a major gap between when the appetizer was finished and the entree’s arrived. The waitress apologized but nothing else was offered during this long wait between courses. The food was good but this was now twice in our visit that we were told they “forgot”. When you have a reservation there is no excuse to be seated a half hour later and if the waitress actually wrote down an order maybe our experience would have been more enjoyable.
