Service was excellent. It was a Tuesday night and the wine tasting area was full. Dinner service was amazing. Rhonda was efficient, funny, and on top of her game. We go often as we are members but she definitely made it more enjoyable, memorable enough to make me write this review. (:

Normally good, last night was awful. Burnt bread, over well done steak, and soggy grouper. This place has fallen off since our last experience…….sad

Service was good. They were out of the appetizer, a main course meal, and a dessert we wanted. Many foods out during this meal. Lights were very bright in there.

We arrived for dinner an hour and 20 minutes earlier than our reservation so we have a leisurely wine tasting. Unfortunately this was a Saturday night and the restaurant was slammed and the kitchen, hostesses and waitstaff appeared to be shell shocked from the crush. The two wine tasting bars were crowded and we had to wait 15 minutes to find a space for the two of us at the wine bars. However, our wine tasting experience was excellent due to Vic our bartender! When we went to the hostess desk at 6:30 to claim our reservation we had to wait 15 minutes for a table and we were given a table in the noisy bar rather than the dining room. Our waiter was stressed out and clearly overwhelmed by the crowds in the bar he had to serve. However he was very gracious and accommodating. The restaurant management need to do a better job planning for crowded Saturday dinner nights. We will never go to this restaurant on a a Saturday night again.

This is my second time at the International location and it seems to have declined. The wait staff rarely attended to us and the bus staff did not pick up the silverware left by the previous customers. The waitress visited us only 3 times. To take the order. Drop off the food and to bring the check. We had to ask another server to bring our waitress to refill the water.

This restaurant is not a great choice if you are celebrating anything intimate. It is very busy and full of people which means lots of noise. The food was ready pretty quickly, so I felt that they didn’t spend enough time preparing it. The dessert which was supposed to be a cookie cooked in a skillet so it should’ve come out hot, ours did not. We received a second one and the manager brought it out, however, it was burnt. I decided not to request the third one. Our waitress did not seem to have any more than five tables, not many customers at each, but she was not attentive enough, very nice but not attentive. I had to ask the hostess twice for things that the waitress should’ve brought us. This was our anniversary dinner and I had heard great things about this restaurant, but what I should’ve done is waited to dine at the one in Tampa, not in Orlando, where it is tourist city! This restaurant was more concerned about the bottom dollar and getting in as many customers as they possibly could, value and quality was not on their mind.
