Terrible service. Waited over 10 mins for the server to greet us! Food was mediocre at best. Room temperature to cold. Was out of several dishes we originally asked for. Server asked us 20 mins AFTER food was delivered if everything was cooked ok. We were so hungry we ate it but definitely wasn’t worth it. Not impressed.

Went for brunch with some girlfriends and we weren’t overly thrilled with the brunch menu so we opted for lunch instead. We followed lunch with wine tasting! Our favorite part and the reason we were really there in the first place! Overall, a good time!

We were a party of four for an 8 PM reservation. Chaos greeted us upon arrival, and we didn’t get seated until 30 minutes later. We ordered burgers, but after a long wait, the waitress informed us they were out of fries. It was clear the place was overcrowded to maximize Thanksgiving profits at the expense of customer experience. We settled for mashed potatoes, which tasted like an afterthought. When the check arrived, I placed my card in the folio, but the waitress snatched it, causing the card to fly onto the floor. She claimed I hadn’t put a card in until she eventually found it. On our way out, we noticed another credit card lying on the floor, likely from the same chaos. I don’t blame the waitress—she was clearly struggling to manage the overwhelming crowd. This is a failure of poor management. If you can’t prepare enough food or handle reservations properly, don’t overbook.

Was disappointed to find they were behind in their reservations and we waited 40 minutes to be seated! Maybe you over booked, but I definitely put a damper on the experience. Service was average and I’m sure it was to be too busy. Food was however pretty decent and while we expected at Thanksgiving wait the 40 minute start delay put us behind. Basically an “it is what it is” arrogance. Where else would you go on a busy holiday so you had to wait. At least they apologized for the delay….oh wait. No metion of it at all. Disappointing as we had high hopes.

We had a faaaaabolous time - Our server Tony was AWESOME!!! The place was “hopping” as it was Thanksgiving & there was no place to stand out of the cold without touching someone near you :) way to make instant friends! We were squeezed into the walk in lobby/waiting area like sardines - I would suggest in the future they take your phone number & text you - then you have the option to wait in the car. We had children with us, so the bar was not an option either & it was packed as well. We all got the turkey dinner special of the evening & it was AMAZING - the ambience was beautiful & enjoyable - even at 8:00 pm - our reservations were at 7:15 ,,. A little wait time was involved but, OVERALL - WE LOVED IT!!! I am a member & knew it would be a perfect place for our family to celebrate & it was!!! A lot of JOY, LOVE, & LAUGHTER were shared and GREAT MEMORIES WERE MADE - MANY THANKS TO ALL!!!

We had the Thanksgiving special. Everything was very good with the exception of the green beans and carrots. The carrots were not thoroughly cooked and the green beans had quite a few stem pieces. The service was very good.

Excellent meal and service on Thanksgiving day! It was also my husbands birthday. I have always wanted to eat here and was so glad I got a reservation here to celebrate. Excellent service, food was amazing and my hubbie loved it too! Definitely will go back again!
