At the tasting Sasha was most knowledgeable and very helpful. At dinner our server Daniel was also very knowledgeable and personable. We totally enjoyed the experience.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Coopers Hawk. Went for lunch on a Sunday, so not super busy. Our server was not attentive. Had to wait for our drink orders to be taken. Had to remind her of our appetizer order. When she brought it out, it was obviously sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time because she forgot about it. Our entrees arrived promptly, but, unfortunately, the food was gross. Ordered the short rib grilled cheese from the chef recommendations menu. There was so much cheese on it that it overpowered the short rib. It also made the sandwich extremely greasy and unappetizing.

The food was excellent! It came out pretty quickly this time, too! The only issue we had was our waitress was visibly super sick! Coughing and sniffling all over dining room area - you shouldn’t be working if you’re sick! I hope we don’t get sick!

Food was outstanding. Server was nonexistent. Luckily, other staff (food runners and manager) were checking on tables. It was the only time, we could get refills, the pretzel bread, etc. Will go back, but hopefully we get a different server next time.

We were greeted by Ann who really knows the meaning of customer service. A beautiful smile and kindness personified. Our wait staff was Lacey she was excellent at her job. Always there when we needed her and kind and courteous. Wonderful food and hospitality. Chip never misses a chance to greet us. We feel like royalty when we walk in the door in Montgomery. Thank you for a well oiled machine.
