We very much enjoy Cooper’s Hawk for celebrations like New Years! Food was very good, service was excellent, and the setting (we were in the barrel room) was just right!

We had good food, but while the service was good at the beginning of the meal, it was extremely slow after the main course. We did not see our server for 30 minutes after we completed our dinner. We ordered dessert to go and that took another 30 minutes. Yes, it’s New Years Eve, but an hour from when we finished and were actually left, with dessert to go? Need to increase staff size maybe?

Had a great experience at Coopers Hawk in Naperville. The manager Noah was very nice, kind and accommodating. While trying to get the appropriate seating arrangement for our family and an elderly grandmother, Noah went out of his way to assure proper seating and a wonderful dining experience. Nicole, our server, was very patient and made regular checks at our table to ensure that we had everything we needed. Nicole answered any and all questions about the menu and offered great recommendations from the wine list. Both Nicole and Noah exemplified the true meaning of good quality customer service. We will continue to visit this establishment and recommend it to others.

We made reservations 3 weeks before knowing it was the holiday season, made note would like to be seated in the barrel room (quieter) and that it was our anniversary. Our reservation were for 6:30 and did not get seated until 7:00 pm in the main dining room (very load) we thought we were waiting to be seated in room we requested. We asked the hostess why we were not seated as we requested, and she said it was due to that room was for larger parties. Not happy, we requested to see the manager, he came over and was understanding regarding our request and that it was our anniversary, he offer a bottle of champagne and a couple of appetizers, we explained when we made the reservation and that we were ambassador members, we decided to leave and enjoy our anniversary at a steakhouse nearby, the manager did provide a gift card for 2 meals and an desert for our next visit and was vary apologetic. Given our long history of dining with Cooper’s Hawk (this location and many others) and our usually great service we will be back. Just wish we would have had a better experience on our special night.

We were disappointed by the experience of dining here, once again. W thought we’d try it again after our disastrous experience for my birthday dinner back in November. There are not enough servers and the pace of food delivery was slow.

Server was horribly slow as it took almost 25 minutes to get the bottle of wine to drink once we sat down. Food was good though!

Caprese Flatbred was really good to start....The Chicken Piccata was fabulous...Service was spot on even with the restaurant packed! Also you have to try the Southwest Egg Rolls to start with too...unbelievable!
