Despite reservation, we still stood at the front and waited 10 mins or more. The waitress than proceeded to sit in a high traffic area where most guest are brought in. When asked for another table, was then sat at a table where the waitresses brought out food, took back dirty dishes and took payments. My food was good despite burnt broccolini, that was replaced, took so long I was almost done with me. The waitress was really nice and service was good despite long waits. The manager passed by our table several times and never greeted us. He then brought me the replacement broccolini with no apology just asked “How’s the food?” I was very disappointed as I have eaten here many times but this experience which was a Birthday celebration for a friend was a 03 or less rating! The waitress was the savings grace!!

Service was terrible waitress kept forgetting to bring our drinks or dessert. She forgot to split the ticket. Had to keep reminding her to fill ice teas and water.

Despite having a reservation my party waited an hour after the reservation to be seated and there was barely any room to wait to be called but the food and service was good

We have been members of Cooper’s Hawk for 6 years and enjoyed our experience. The chicken Parmesan was just bland but the vegetables were great not over cooked and seasoned well! Thankfully someone got smart and now members can pick up their wine of the month at the table instead of going back to the pick up line after dinner!

Our time together was priceless and our waitress Alice was the best! She was attentive, helpful with suggestions, took our pictures and she always had a smile on her face! Our Cosmos were one of favorites (& we have tasted numerous Cosmos at different locations. We did tell Alice to let the bartender know). The food was amazing. Some got dinners and others got appetizers or a sandwich. Our dessert was spectacular as we got a piece of cake to celebrate one of our friend’s birthday. Overall, it was delightful and we were not rushed. We will be back! Please be sure to let Alice know she was spectacular !!!
