My sister and I used to frequent this CH location every other week. It never disappointed. In my last 3-4 visits though, it’s kind of gone downhill in quality and service. However, even with all the negatives, the manager Christian, saved the day. He was so nice and understanding, and handled our complaints with the upmost professionalism and care. Probably one of the best restaurant managers I’ve ever interacted with, which says a lot because I’m a big foodie and have tried hundreds of restaurants in the Chicagoland area. He honestly made an experience that started out very disappointing, so much better that I actually want to return. Thank you again, Christian!

Such a great time checking out the new brunch menu! We started our day with a wine tasting before the tasting room got crowded. We enjoyed the brunch cocktails. I had a tasty Strawberry Elderflower Spritz and my sister had the boozed iced coffee…both were delicious. I enjoyed the smoked brisket hash and it was delicious and filling. Jasmine was very attentive! We will be back!

Being our first Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant we enjoyed being able to walk to Cooper Hawks and not have to deal with the prep and clean up of past years. I was the only diner that requested the Thanksgiving meal which was a small portion of food but tasty. Our server forgot to bring the soup first so we got it just before dessert. Overall I would recommend going to Cooper Hawks for a holiday dinner.

So slow! About 45 minutes for drinks. An hour and a quarter, 2 of 4 soups came out. An hour and a half the dinner was served same time as the other soups, and the table bread. Left at 2 hours, dessert had not been served. For was ok.
