The service was not good at all. I completely understand it was the day after Christmas but the service was terrible. We sat in the bar area with two children and two adults and we’re there for two hours and 45 minutes. The bottle of wine was set at my table for 15 minutes before it was even opened with glasses placed. If I had my own wine key, I would have opened it myself. I had to ask for sugar and lemon for my drink as well as refill several times. My surf and turf was cold, but couldn’t even tell the waiter because he never came back to check on us. our dessert was the warm cookie, which was ice cold. They did not even take the time to warm up the cookie. Again, it was the day after Christmas, but you need to take a step back and not see people if the kitchen cannot handle it. I have been OHS for 22 years and this was the worst dinner and service I’ve ever received. You need to know when to turn off open table and not take reservations and just do walk-ins as a wait.

It took more than an hour for us to get our food. Once it arrived it was fantastic!

Service felt a bit rushed. Upon seating, we were asked if we were ready to order and drink orders had not been taken yet. The food was ok, not hot. One item, a side, was cold, and instead of bringing a new side, the option given was that they could microwave it. It was over the holidays, so maybe the qty of people drove a different level of service than typical.

It was very busy so it took a little longer than usual to get our food and drinks. Aside from that it was a good experience as always.

The food was good, but the lunch portion of the pork chop was extremely small. I was expecting half of the dinner portion, not one quarter of it.
