Our server Bekah was great, she got busy with a 12 top but still made our night great! The food and wine was delicious like always!

After being seated, we were not approached for 14 minutes. After finally getting drinks, she forgot the sweetener which I had to ask for multiple times. Appetizers came but not my salad. I asked about it, but never received it before dinners came. We repeatedly had to ask for drink refills and empty glasses were never removed.

Arrived for a 9pm reservation. Seated and ordered appetizers by 9:30pm. We waited over an hour for the main course to arrive, arrived past 10:30 pm. At which time we were served under cooked sea food which was completely not edible , our other dishes were cold. At this time the restaurant was emptying and staff packing up to go home. Manager and the server agreed the service was unacceptable. The worst $200 I’ve spend in a while.

This location struggles every year on New Year's Eve. Bring your patience. 2nd year in a row where they did not live up to their normal standards. I'd suggest another location for your NYE dinner.

As usual, we had a pleasant dining experience at Cooper’s Hawk. The restaurant was busier than usual as it was New Year’s Eve and, yet, that did not impact our visit or dining experience.

We visited for the first time on New Year’s Eve. We had a 6:45 pm reservation, checked in at 6:30 pm, and still was not seated until 7:20 pm. We realize it was very busy, but we don’t think they understood the large level of patrons they had that evening. Everything took a long time. For the two of us, it became a two hour dinner as we did not finish until 9:15. I had pasta, which was good, but my wife had steak medallions, which were fair. Her vegetable was terrible. Our appetizer was great, Asian Lettuce wraps. My wife’s cocktail took forever and a different waiter had to get it, as our waiter was too busy. Maybe our waiter had too many tables, as he kept apologizing for delays. Overall, the restaurant was very noisy and crowded. It seemed like the owners/managers were not prepared for the large crowds. Maybe we will try again, but hoped our experience could have been better. I will commend the red head woman as the Hostess. Please was very nice and perky. She handled the patrons very well.

How can you be out of flatbread, gnocchi, risotto and short ribs at 18:00 on a holiday especially when featuring a flatbread and short ribs on your special menu? As far as value, $20 for a cup of soup and side salad is very pricey. Disappointed. Had better luck on Mother’s Day.
