Terrible service from the time of arrival to delivery of food. Only positive was GM was attentive to problems and tried to make it right after several failed attempts from others.

I have been there multiple times and im a wine club member but this time we had the worst experience. Our server Noah was rude , very short with words it kind of made me feel that he was bothered to serve us. There were multiple things that made me upset im not going to get into details but i think what triggered the last drop was that i asked for refill of my drink and instead of bringing three glasses for us he brought 2 actual glasses and pour it to each glass spilling most of it on the table and not even care to clean it up. Very disappointing, possibly canceling my membership.

It was crowded, which was expected. After about 30 of waiting for the table that i reserved, I went to the bar to order a drink while I waited. Ended up staying at the bar and ordering an appetizer. I placed a to go order but some items were missing even though I was still charged for them.

My service was excellent. My filets were over done. However they quickly resolved it bringing me two new ones and did not charge me for my dinner. They fully got me to come back. The noise level is loud some where you have quiet or intimate date.

Great experience this go round! Josie our server was excellent and went above and beyond. Cheyenne one of the cooks even came out to greet us. Very great experience.

We spent the afternoon doing the wine tasting with Lorrie which was a wonderful host. We then enjoyed a great birthday dinner for my wife. She had crusted mahi mahi & I had the chicken which we both enjoyed. This was our first visit and won’t be the last.

During this visit we were seated in the bar area. Amber, our waitress, was one of THE BEST we have had at this location. Very attentive, always checked in at the right time, and did an excellent job ensuring our meal was perfect. Food was very good as usual. There was a BIG negative to this visit. There was a group of people at the tables next to us who were obnoxiously loud. Everyone around us was as disturbed as we were. Their kid was running around, people in the group standing around in common areas very near, sometimes nudging, other patrons at other tables. It was enough to nearly ruin the meal. I say all of this because the manager walked through many times, and clearly noticed the group, and said NOTHING. All in all It was enjoyable because our waitress Amber was outstanding, and the food was great…but CH…do better to ensure customers experiences are not ruined by others.

Service was terrible, extremely slow. Had reservations for 6:00, and overall wasn’t too busy. Our server took over 30 mins to bring our drinks, rushed us through our dinner order and served our check while we were still eating before asking if we wanted anything else. We mentioned we were planning to have another drink and she asked if she could just ring it up and bring us a new check. At that point we got the hint that she wanted us out of there. By the time we got to our second drink she turned all the lights on all the way up in our area as if it were closing time. We then waited about 40 mins for her to come back to clear our plates, collect the check, never asking if we wanted anything else. At least this time my wallet wasn’t stolen like it was last time. Apparently it’s an ongoing issue for them I the bar area.
