The food was delicious especially the egg rolls as an appetizer the wine was perfect and the service was excellent thank you for helping me celebrate my 70th birthday.

What an amazing time here at the Orland Cooper’s Hawk! I had a wonderful greet from your lovely host stand to the best server around Brittney! She made our experience exceptional! But to top off our lunch was the manager Kristian, he was absolutely outstanding and is the best around! Thank you Orland for an amazing day!

We waited 10 min before anyone came to the table The waiter Tim was very good it was extremely packed & they didn’t have enough staff to cover the tables. I understood it wasn’t his fault and he was trying his best to accommodate all the tables he was given

I would give this 1 star if it wasn’t for the manager apologizing profusely for the horrible service we received. Lindsey 45276 is SLOW, LAZY, and INATTENTIVE. I sat for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. She did the bare minimum, took our order, served our food then disappeared for over 1/2 an hour. Another server gave us water, she sent the same server over to ask if we wanted dessert or checks. I’m not sure if she was cut and thought that doing her end of shift side work was more important than servicing her tables. It seemed the manager was doing a lot of things that the her staff should have been doing. Giving out to go containers, corking wine, delivering food. I also want to add the hostess up front had dirty stained attire on. Not a good look for customers walking in the door and that’s the first thing you see.

Our party at four enjoyed our food the egg rolls, drunken shrimp, Dana's chicken, tenderloin, fillets, and the chicken Giardiniera was amazing. Brandon was a great server and he was very attentive. It was a pleasure to dine with you guys last night.
