Went for Thanksgiving dinner - the food was delicious. Service was a little slow but that’s to be expected, they were pretty busy.

Very noisy with thumpa thumpa music blaring. Food was inedible, way over cooked. Actually, seemed over micro waved. And skip the bread - it’s simply awful. Server was very nice but service was dismal. Apparently, problems in the kitchen. Appetizers served separately; I received mine 15 minutes after my guest. Desserts served 20 minutes after ordering; a single truffle floating in something red and completely frozen. Managers with headsets seemed overwhelmed. None asked about our meal. A memorable dining experience for all the wrong reasons.

Kemen is always amazing and the staff at the check in for Dinner are very accommodating. Robert did very well serving us this evening. Thank you and have a wonderful Thanksgiving

Food wasn’t bad, but the service was horrendous! Our server completely disappeared after we ordered. Later found out he had left. So we then got a new server who was completely lost. We never got drink/water refills. Then took about 30-40 min to get desert after dinner. Not sure we’ll return after that experience. Pretty unfriendly overall experience.

Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Butternut squash soup, turkey with the trimimgs and pumpkin caramel cheesecake. All delicious.

Coopers Hawk is absolutely hands down the best value for your money ! The food was awesome today, our server was excellent! I have been a member since 2004 and love this place! Join the club!!

Food quality was as expected but food was served almost room temperature and barely warm which impacted the experience ! Overall service was average. Booth seating was requested well in advance, but my party was seated outdoors. Customer service could be improved with more attention to details and customer centered approach ( no bags were provided with to go containers, no bread service to name a few).
