Always a great experience, from checking in at the front desk, all the way through service. Everyone is friendly and accomodating. The food is always excellent, very delicious with a great presentation. I love the wine, too!

The menu and flavor is always amazing. The ambiance is okay. The service could definitely use improvement. A few quick observations : the hostess isn’t welcoming ( and is, in fact, annoyed that you’ve arrived to interrupt her social coworker conversation time), employees drop things but would rather step over it than pick it up. I had to ask for dirty plates to be cleared and you have to ask for fresh silverware after the table has been cleared. The service is comparable to going to Chilis or IHOP… but the delicious food and wine make up for it. This place based on food & beverage alone should be getting 5 stars but the service from entering and departing brings it down, unfortunately.

My date’s filet was ordered medium. It was served rare. Was returned to the kitchen, came back with a charcoal crust on the exterior of filet. So she wasn’t happy, but would not let me say anything. Basically she said she has had better at longhorn.

The food was below average. My short rib risotto was barely warm, as it clearly had been waiting under the heat lamp. The filet was under seasoned but cooked to the right temperature. Bisque was very good.

The dinner was wonderful and the staff were right on top of things. The only reason for the lower rating was the slow service due to the holiday which we did understand.

Our server was great. Our food was delicious! Except the vegetables – the oven roasted vegetables, broccolini, and asparagus were all undercooked in our opinion. The asparagus it came out cold to the touch or maybe room temperature? The broccolini was charred looking, but very much raw when biting into it Otherwise, though, the proteins, the appetizers, Caesar salads- so delicious! Best sashimi we have had!
