Our waiter, Shawn was outstanding! Very attentive and personable. Our food was delicious - one snag was the fried brussel sprouts. They were really inedible but Shawn brought us a new plate and they were delicious.

Our server was fantastic and very professional. However, some aspects of our dining experience did not meet expectations. Our two appetizers were not brought at the same time and there as a long wait between the two dishes. The risotto seemed more like plain rice in a creamy sauce, instead of true risotto. My husband ordered a Tito's and Tonic, which did not come with a lime wedge as is customary with this drink. There was also a piece of red muddled fruit in the bottom of the glass, so not sure if this was a mistake or a dirty glass. Also, there was a piece of plastic wrap on the plate for the surf and turf entree (near the mashed potatoes), which I showed to the server. We did not complain because the restaurant was extremely busy and we did not want to delay our meal or be rude. Maybe the restaurant was just having an off night. However, it did not meet our expectations for value and experience. May visit again, but it may be a while.

Ashley was a wonderful person. She served our table even though it wasn't assigned to her. She was attentive and very personable.

We love Cooper’s Hawk! It’s one of our favorites because the food is always good. However, we just don’t understand why the service is ALWAYS slow. (The servers are rushing around but food comes out slow.) We’ve been for lunch and dinner during the week and on weekends and it’s slow. Tonight, we told our server when we were seated that we had a time crunch thinking it would help the timing of our food with no success. We had 2 hours to dine before heading to the airport, ordered everything at once and still had to ask for items to hurry the process. The restaurant was not full, actually quite empty, which we thought would help. The server was fine and made it happen, I just don’t understand the purposeful delays from course to course.

My Brunch experience was not the best. The restaurant did not have majority of the items that I ordered (bloody Mary drink and a shrimp scampi dish). Also, it took a little longer than usual just to get the basics such as drinks and our meals. Also my friend's meals as well as my meal that I finally chose had issues (I ordered the Grilled Churrasco Steak medium well and I could not even cut into the steak). After everything, the management was kind enough to comp the entire meal as this brunch was supposed to be for my birthday.

It was my wife’s birthday and she loved her dinner and her time at Cooper’s Hawk. The server was attentive yet didn’t hover over. The food has always been great and surely didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to going back again.

Absolutely love the restaurant and frequently visit. It was our 21st wedding anniversary. Unfortunately wife’s meal came in over cooked and had to wait while my food got cold. Manager made it right and we will definitely come back.

We had an incredible waiter, Jonah! He was on top of all the details to make our dining experience wonderful. Food was perfectly prepared and the November wine clubs wines were a great pairing. One of our best meals at CH.
