The service was great, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. It was very noisy with voices but that's expected but not enjoyed by all. The music was great although I could only hear periodically over all the voices LOL The food could have been better. My original drink order (Arnold Palmer) didn't taste as it has in the past and wasn't consumed. I did try a new drink (The Spa) as a replacement, and it was great. My food and main reason for choosing CH last evening (Chicken Madeira) was OK but looked thrown on the plate and a little too hodgepodge for me. But I did consume some. I had only tried it in the past in tasting a friend's order. I was excited to try it for my own. I was a rather disappointed. My date was less than enthused with his Country Rigatoni which was not as hot and the pasta was dry, tough and not good. Sauce was pasty and when I tried it, I didn't like it at all. I suggested he send it back as he preferred my meal but he didn't bother. I had him box it up but he discarded it at the next location. It was busy but I still expect my meals to be palatable and cooked accordingly. Again, the staff and the restaurant were great but not happy on the food which was the purpose of the visit. I've never had that issue at my local location.

We have been to this restaurant 4 or 5 times since it opened a few years ago. It has always been a very good experience. The food is very good, the pricing is fair and service has always been prompt and professional. Seating in the main area can be tight, so if possible, get a booth.

We love Coopers Hawk and we love how creative their food is. We have had a bad meal, always outstanding and it's the only really nice restaurant east of 75 near Bee Ridge.

Dinner was delicious. We had the pork chop, which was so very tender and flavorful. Also the surf and turf with the fillet medallions and the teriyaki salmon. It was very good.

We love this restaurant. The most consistent one in the area. Food, drinks and wine are always great. The food is always hot. Last nights server Amanda was the best server we have had anywhere. I go to Coopers-hawk at least once a month. Might be the best Salmon dinner anywhere. Thank you Coopers-hawk.

Great tasting and meal!!! Tasting has a server in training and he did well and got our meal our server was very pleasant. Our meals we delicious and can out just as ordered. We will return.
