Good food and great service. Kaycee was our server and was awesome! Also did a wine tasting. Beverly was our wine attendant and was great. She was attentive and social. Also guided us through the various wines.

Good, quality food and good service. Wine is okay, but you can definitely get a better bottle at a lower price from a liquor store.

Usually have great service - this time not so much. Server forgot to put our order in and we waited over an hour for our meals. Total dining experience took almost 2 hours.

We always have excellent service at this location. We usually do a wine tasting before dinner; all the staff is wonderful!

The bisque was good. The candied bacon appetizer was way overpriced. Most of our food was overcooked and my $40 skirt steak, ordered medium rare, was well done to the point of being shoe leather and maybe 6 ounces of meat. The replacement jambalaya tasted good, but wasn’t a $22 meal. I’ve had good experiences at Cooper’s Hawk in other locations, I won’t be going back to this one.

Usually I love Cooper’s Hawk… and I’ve frequented 3 different restaurants numerous times. Today’s experience was lackluster. The waitress must have apologized 20+ times over the course of the meal. She seemed very rushed and flustered. She apologized for the food mix up, not knowing they were out of risotto, the need to reorder. While the reorder came out with 3 of the orders, the waitress realized the 5th order was wrong… We sat a good 5+ minutes waiting for her order to come out of the kitchen and finally decided to eat before it was ice cold. That last order came out 5 minutes later. The last apology came when that fifth order of a salad and 1 beer totaled over $200.00. Not only did she throw the kitchen under the bus, but blamed the check on “a new system”… maybe it was, but it was 1 apology too many! That said, I’ll go back as usually love Cooper’s Hawk. However this was a first time to Cooper’s Hawk for 2 of the guests and I’m not sure they’’ll be in any hurry to go back.

This Cooper’s hawk location is consistently good. The staff works very hard. It does get loud. Good, consistent food.

The service was excellent and the food was good. This is a good place to get an interesting glass of wine and spend time with friends in a comfortable atmosphere.
