We had a fun time and a great meal. My husband had the Gnocchi Carbonara, and I had Chicken Giardineira from the lighter menu. The flavors were fantastic! The chicken was really tender, the sauce was light, the vegetables were slightly crunchy and tangy. The small amount of pasta was just right, so it wasn't too filling. I am the wine lover of our family, while my husband prefers good beer. The only style he doesn't care for is IPAs, but that was the only option on draft. He ended up having wine with dinner, but it would be nice if you had a wider selection of craft beers.

Our favorite date night spot! Our server Natalie was fun & attentive! Food was delicious. I was contemplating trying a new dish and she recommended as one she really like. I’m glad I did. The Sweet Corn & Tomato Risotto was amazing! Thanks again CH!!

Took my wife for her birthday. Steak was served rare and bloody when ordered medium. Sent it back and 20 minutes later they brought out a medium cooked steak but very chewy, cold mashed potatoes and asparagus. No birthday dessert offered for my wife even though my reservation identified the special occasion. Waitress not the best either. Lack of attention and had to ask 3 times for lemons for our drinks. Seems like the quality of food has been sacrificed for cheaper options.

We ate in the bar area and really enjoy the bar, as it seems quieter and somewhat intimate. Our server, Alyssa, was superb! Very attentive and efficient.

Typically we love coming to Coopershawk but I will note that the past few times we have really had terrible service! We are members and we enjoy the food and wine offerings but waiting for over 1hr to be served is truly awful! This past experience we waited for 40min to be served and another 30min after we asked for the check. I am not really sure what is happening but the overall experience has gone down and that's really unfortunate.

Very cold two days after Valentine’s Day! Let’s go to Coopers to treat each other for heart day! Nichol made the lunch special with her recommendation of Grilled Mahi sandwich. Outstanding and of course delicious! Even though very busy Nichol was in our opinion “server of the day” . Thank you all at Cooper’s for making our Valentine Date special!
