Alyssa was a great attentive server. Dinner was exceptional. The Parmesan crusted chicken and Italian sausage flat bread are great. The smores budino for dessert was the perfect size after being stuffed from dinner. I ordered a wine flight at the table and followed Alyssa’s suggestion. Great meal over all and the service puts it over the top. Never a bad experience here.

We had come in for NYE and the reservation was a little later so we decided to come for a wine tasting first. Alma, who did our wine tasting was outstanding and so patient with my wine novice boyfriend. We then were sat and our food was delicious, service was great and overall a great experience, as always.

New Years Eve wine tasting and dinner!! The St Charles location never disappoints - food is consistently top notch. We had the crab & lobster bisque to start. I had the trio of medallions and my husband had the braised short ribs. Both were cooked to perfection! Along with a carafe of barrel reserve, this was the perfect way to end 2024! Thanks Cooper’s Hawk for being our favorite spot for any occasion!!

Our server was outstanding. It was a very busy night. She kept the meal moving at a perfect pace, not too fast or slow. She checked on us several times during the meal. She was knowledgable about the menu.

We went to Cooper’s Hawk to start our New Year’s Celebration!! We had the prime rib sliders for a starter!! Sooo good!! Love the Cabernet right now!! We had the best server, his name is Tim, I can’t tell you how awesome he was!! He made our dinner plans so enjoyable!! I love the pistachio encrusted grouper, but it was a little greasy tonight and a thinner piece than usual. That was the only disappointment tonight. Otherwise, we had a fabulous time with friends!!!

The whole experience was great! Very big and open space that's beautiful but also feels intimate. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. There's many options on the menu and everyone at the table kept gushing at how good the food was.

We were celebrating my parent’s 58th anniversary. The manager, Mia, came over and provided a complimentary bottle of sparkling and a wine tasting for 2 coupon. Our server, Casey, brought over a complimentary truffle dessert. My parents felt very special so thank you to the staff. The food was delicious. For appetizers, we would recommend the brussel sprouts. We recommend porkchops, chicken piccata and soy ginger salmon for main entrees. I highly recommend Cooper Hawk’s for a special occasion.
