We went for an after the “valentines day rush”. This was our first time at this restaurant they were out of a few things, the waiter who never introduced himself was inattentive, had no suggestions for food or drinks. Won’t return.

The bathrooms were not very well maintained. That would be my only negative comment. Everything else was wonderful!

Disappointed =\ my wife and I have dined at this location in the past and have had great experiences but wow, this experience was beyond horrible and we will not be back. We had a 4:30p reservation and got seated within 7 minutes which was awesome. The troubles started once we sat down. It took close to 15 minutes to get our loaf of pretzel bread (which was very good) and another 5-10 minutes to get a glass of water (we had to take it easy on the bread since we didn’t have anything to wash it down with). I feel like our waiter, Jermaine, forgot about us a couple times. After ordering our drinks we waited another 15 minutes before they arrived; I knew our drinks had been sitting at the bar for quite a while as my Old Fashioned was drenched in condensation and the whipped cream on my wife’s martini was almost completely flat. By this point, he had yet to take our order so we’re working with a piece of bread, glass of water, and two lame drinks. We ended up finishing our drinks before we got to place our order (other workers stepped in to refill drinks as Jermaine was maybe busy with other customers). I ordered the fried calamari as I remember how great they’ve been in the past; holy rubber! I had to send them back and did not ask for a replacement as we feared how long it would take to get them to our table. The lettuce wraps and Cesar Salads were really good BUT my “chicken” Cesar Salad came with 2-4 (yes we counted them) little strips of grilled chicken. To finish things up we ended up having to ask someone to find Jermaine to get our check as we were now there for about 2 hours and had to get to the Amalie for a show. Super disappointed with the whole experience. Jermaine was polite but not at all attentive and this could’ve been due to being stretched thin or something. Definitely not returning.

This was in the bar area My wife & I had 7pm reservations and were seated at 745. Inside the bar, we saw other open/available seats. Otherwise, the food and wine were amazing as usual
