   Bree was a very good server. She was friendly and attentive. When we made our reservation, we mentioned that it was our anniversary. The server and the person who sat us wished us a Happy Anniversary. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get a glass of wine or dessert as a celebratory recognition. We did receive a glass of prosseco in the past. The food was very good, and we had a special night.

   Food is great! Wine is great! Ambiance is great. Parking is insufficient. Service is slooooooooooow. This has been our experience the last two times. The last 2 visits there we ordered a bottle of wine. Both times, it arrived during dinner. I should come before dinner, not when we are halfway finished with our entrees. I expect poor service once in a while at various restaurants, but poor service is becoming consistent.

   The chicken salad should have been hot and used grilled chicken. The shredded chicken was cold and even when sent back to “get grilled chicken” all they did was heat the chicken that was cold which made it even worst.

   I went to Cooper’s Hawk to enjoy a birthday lunch with my sister. I had a reservation and we were seated promptly. Our waitress brought our drinks and took our order. My chicken piccata was barely warm and the green beans were raw. Our drinks were never refilled and our waitress did not check on us even one time. The restaurant was quite busy and it was very difficult to carry on a conversation because of the noise. I will not be going back or recommending this restaurant to others.

   Disappointing is the only word I can think of at this point. I do not think this restaurant is staffed to adequately serve a full restaurant on a Saturday night. Another couple, who were new wine club members, joined us. In fairness, I don’t know if the lack of service was due to the server, overcrowding or a combination. She took quite awhile to get our drink and food orders. We waited about an hour to receive our entrees, and the server never came back to tell us about the delay. To make matters worse, three tables seated after us were given their entrees long before we received ours. When the food was delivered, all the entrees were cold. We informed the server immediately. She offered to redo our food, but by this time we were all starving. The manager came over and did comp us our meals which was appreciated. BUT the most disappointing aspect was that my husband and I were using two dinner coupons from a previously bad dining experience. We couldn’t believe this experience was worse than the other. We do not wish to receive any further compensation and will not return to this location.

   Delicious food, excellent service from Allison in the tasting room and Brielle in the dining room. Very busy and noisy for 5:30 on a Saturday.

   Although my party of six was seated next to an unapologetic family with a very loud child with loud cartoon device, our waitress Madison did an excellent job of keeping the food and wine flowing.

    Our server was Veronica and she was great!! She made good wine recommendations and did an excellent job of being attentive while not being intrusive.
