Food is usually excellent. However, last time, they brought me an uncooked lobster tail that was grey/ clear instead of white/ cooked. They had to remake my lobster tail. The new one was cooked, but very salty. Service is hit and miss. Tonight, our server was very forgetful. We had to remind her to get our bottle of wine that we ordered when we sat down. She didn’t bring us bottle of wine (our drinks) until we were half way finished eating our entree. :(

This was our second visit to this location. I must admit the service and food is much better than our initial visit. We will add this location to our list favorite restaurants in Wesley Chapel

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. The restaurant was packed and buzzing with energy. We were seated on time and the service was amazingly good considering the crowd. Our Thanksgiving feast was exceptionally good...we started with pumpkin soup, then turkey (both light and dark meat), dressing, roasted veggies, potatoes, gravy and ended with praline pumpkin cheesecake. All was accompanied by Cooper Hawk wine. It was a lovely dinner!

Fabulous no waiting staff was very efficient and friendly. Our waiter couldn’t have been better and Owen is a great bus man and helper.

I've enjoyed Cooper's Hawk for several years but this was the first time I've gone to the Wesley Chapel location. It has an open floor that is well lit. As always, the food was excellent. I was pleased I got both white and dark meat turkey with the Thanksgiving pre fixe meal. The butternut squash soup was velvety and the pumpkin cheesecake was delicious.

We couldn't get lobster, which is what we wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday... understood, it is only served at dinner. The chicken piccata was not at all lemony and did not taste as I am used to it from Coopers Hawk. The hamburger was not as good as my husband substituted his lobster for ... all around, we were disappointed with the food.

Our experience was fantastic!! Our server Victoria was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The manager was very courteous and friendly. The food was delicious. We will definitely return.

I've experienced many Coopers Hawk locations in different cities. It is typically a reliable experience, with a diverse menu selection that is executed well. Their wines are good and drinkable. On this visit our waitress was a bit "too attentive". My dining partner and I had difficulty keeping our conversation flowing. Even after suggesting I would reach out to our waitress when we needed her, she was interrupting us regularly. I am not a table squatter and tip above average. But it seemed that she was intent on getting this table turned. We were sat for approximately 2 hours.
