   Dine in | Dinner | CA$100+ I don’t usually write negative reviews however I have nothing nice to say about this restaurant. To commence, no one answers the phone when you call, nor does anyone return phone calls when voicemails are left for reservations. When I booked my reservation 2 weeks in advance, I had requested a booth /private table as it was for a special 30th birthday milestone. When I arrived, my table still was not ready and I had to wait more than 15 minutes. Additionally, I was given a table in between 2 parties. I expressed my interest in a more private table and suggested one beside the DJ as it was for 2 people. The staff was not able to accommodate and said the tables were “reserved”. However, during the whole duration of our dinner, no one was seated in the spot we requested. We were forced to stay at a table in between people and it was not a sturdy table as it was wobbling for the duration of our dinner. It took 30 minutes to be served and nearly 40 to receive our bill. We ordered sides that never arrived and even double ordering- they never arrived to our table. The staff also gave our caipirinhas to the table beside us and then served it to us. Furthermore, there was no dancers even though the website indicates samba dancers. There was only a 10 minute (if that) fire show that occurred every 2 hours. In addition, there was only 1 dessert to choose from which was disappointing. When we received the bill, we noticed 18% gratuity already added which staff said it is mandatory however website contradicts (it says only for parties not couples). In conclusion, we will not be returning to this establishment as the service was extremely poor and our overall experience was very unsatisfactory. I would NOT recommend coming to this restaurant, especially if you’re paying high end prices ($400+ /per 2 people) and receiving poor food, slow service and terrible customer service..Tried to contact manager through email and through open table but no reply

   Overall the location has no potential for Getting busy ,we were there on Friday night and Dance show was not very well , Adelaide Location was fantastic and not comparable, I don’t know why they closed , Prices increased and dance show is not as good as before , no more salad bar , It was very quiet on Friday due to the location I think , if it was in Adelaide or downtown definitely could be better and busier. But The food was great

   Not ideal for pregnant women as the meat is not great when well done, but manager did his best to get me some cuts of meat that I could eat. Servers were great and thoughtful. Tables are small and tight and a little too close together. I hadn’t been in years and the vibe is definitely less elegant than it used to be, sweat pants and casual is now acceptable. I also was not a fan that gratuity is added for you with no say on how much you would like to leave. Overall the experience was fine, but it was out anniversary and it was not as great as it used to be, It would of been nice to get a nicer table or some kind of acknowledgment for our special occasion.

   The food was good. I enjoyed most of the steak they served. The servers were kind enough to make our steaks well done even though what was served around was medium rare. The performances lit up the mood. I’d say more options need to be added to the desert menu though. Overall, I enjoyed my Friday evening there, I’d recommend.

    staff were very rude and did not seem nice as they were taking everyone’s order around us. Also their system was down for their sides menu so we waited 40 mins for our sides to come out just be find the system was down we had to order with greg waitress but she never said anything, we had to ask to receive our orders. After that the sides took another 30 minutes to come out and they all came at separate times. Thankfully the manager was doing some damage control or else I don’t think we would have received only 2/4 sides that we ordered with our waitress. I love the food and ambiance of this place however they have some major staffing problems/issues that they need to work on. I found that the experience was not worth the level of service that we received throughout the night, was a little disappointing.
